DSC can only filter advertisements that is marked as NSFW by the editor

Any advertisement that is NSFW without being labeled as NSFW should be reported to us

Click the edit channel icon next to the channel you have configured as the the advertisement channel:

Enable the age-restricted option to display NSFW-marked advertisements, or disable it to hide them
